Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
This policy is in place to protect the time and preparation that goes into each appointment, and to allow other clients the opportunity to book. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
